STEVE WRAY | CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Steve brings over 25 years of company and brand creation expertise to Myota. Steve’s past roles include CEO of Cadient (acquired by Cognizant) and executive leadership roles with numerous global organizations, including WPP, Wyeth (Pfizer) and Piano. Steve is a past recipient of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and has served as a director, mentor and advisor to a variety of privately-funded companies.
JAEYOON CHUNG | CO-FOUNDER AND INVENTOR
Jaeyoon Chung is the Co-Founder and Inventor of Myota. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Pohang University of Science and Technology. He went on to become a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Princeton University. Jaeyoon leveraged his expertise and skills to develop novel applications that are redefining personalized learning.
SERGEY SLIPENCHUK | CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Prior to his role at Myota, Sergey has held various executive finance roles in other organizations, including Octagon Research Solutions, Inc., where he was instrumental in the organization’s strategic exit. Octagon was sold to Accenture, LLP in 2012. He has served as Vice President Finance at Fiberlink Communications, Inc. (acquired by IBM). He is a CPA, and has MBA from ESCP Europe and BA from Temple University.
JIM WALKER | EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Jim Walker is the Executive Chairman of Myota. Prior to his role at Myota, Jim was a Partner at Accenture, LLP where he led the growth and strategy for a life sciences unit selling software and services. Additionally, Jim co-founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Octagon Research Solutions, which was acquired by Accenture, LLP in 2012.
TRIP KOURY | VICE CHAIRMAN
Trip has served advisory roles and helped found multiple organizations in the technology industry including Zoomi Inc., an AI learning solution and The Virtual VAR, a cloud services company. Until recently, Trip held the position of Vice President and General Manager of Sales & Customer Success at ShoreTel Inc., a communications software services company. He was responsible for the full customer life cycle experience including Field Marketing, Channels, Sales, Implementation Services, Account Management and Technical Support.
